At Complete Chiropractic & Massage, the techniques we use are all tailored to you based on your needs and your comfort. We offer many options so you can get the care you need.

Chiropractic Care For Your Unique Needs

The techniques we use are specially designed to meet the specific needs of each individual we treat. These techniques have provided relief for millions of patients with a varying range of symptoms.

We believe traditional chiropractic care can improve movement and flexibility, reduce pain levels, decrease inflammation, and minimize stress on the bones, muscle, and nerves of our patients.

The primary adjusting techniques we use include:

Spinal Rehabilitation Exercises

Through a combination of chiropractic adjustments, postural/therapeutic exercises, and postural traction, we design a unique treatment program especially for you, to make changes to your spinal alignment. The goal is to make long-term corrections to the underlying problems with the structure of your spine.

How does it feel?

Chiropractic care is very gentle. With an adjustment, you may hear a pop also known as “cavitation,” which is the gas or air bubbles releasing pressure from your joints, which is perfectly normal. Dr. Ho will always walk you through every aspect of care before proceeding, so you’ll feel comfortable and relaxed.

Dr. Ho’s knowledge and care options will put you at ease and help give you back your health.
